awesome location close to muswell hill bus stop, amiable staff, everything was excellent. our room was delightful and provided with a very comfy king size bed, toiletries and beautiful decor. the breakfast was satisfactory and complete with croissants, large trays in the bedroom, meats. thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, thank you.

The room was well presented and huge with a fireplace, central heating and an iron.
Amiable and great hotel employees all round. Family ambience. Units with a view. Simply no complaints whatsoever, very lovely stay.

Really good Continental Breakfast was a highlight.
The bathroom setup was a nightmare. Shared toilets were located down a flight of stairs. Initially, we were uncomfortable with such arrangements, and it dampened our experience significantly.

Muswell hill b&b is a lovely family-run place in a quiet, leafy area. Our family room was clean, spacious, and recently refurbished. Richard, our host, was especially accommodating for my wife's gluten and dairy intolerance at breakfast, a great touch. It's just a 10-minute walk to alexandra palace!

The location near Alexandra Palace is fantastic and makes it easy to explore the area. The bed was comfy which contributed to a restful night.
The noise levels at night were somewhat disruptive, particularly from outside.
